ASIAN CAT ASSOCIATION
The Annual General Meeting of the club will be held on Sunday 4th March 2012 at 2.30 in the Excell Room, Armstrong Hall Complex, Thornbury, Bristol.
The Chairman and 2 members have resigned on rotation and all are willing to stand again. If you are interested in joining the Committee, becoming a GCCF Delegate, or BAC Representative please apply to the Secretary in writing, giving your name and address together with the signatures of a proposer and a seconder all of whom should be fully paid up members of the Asian Cat Association by 14th February. The committee would like to invite all attending the meeting to join us in a buffet lunch at 1.00pm. Please inform the Secretary by post, phone or e-mail if you would like to join us. We will, as usual, be running a raffle in aid of our Welfare Fund; contributions would be very much appreciated.

THE SIAMESE CAT CLUB
Our Annual General Meeting which is normally held on the 1st Saturday in April of each year has now been changed due to the clash with the Easter holiday. The meeting will now be held on Saturday 14th April, 2012 Members are reminded subscriptions were due on the 1st January 2012 and also reminded as per GCCF rules nominations are invited to be sent to the Hon. Secretary for GCCF Delegates and substitutes election of these to be at our Annual General Meeting. Agenda and Minutes will be forwarded to all members 3 weeks prior to meeting.

REX CAT CLUB
The Annual General Meeting of the Rex Cat Club will be held on Sunday 15th April commencing at 2.00p.m., the Main Hall, Rectory Cottages, 47-49 Church Green, Bletchley, Berks. MK3 6BL
Our President and one committee member have completed their term of office, but both are willing to stand again. If any member wishes to stand for election to the Committee, please make sure your application is received by Hon. Secretary no later than 12th February 2012, any nomination must be proposed and seconded by fully paid up members. Those applying must have been current members for two years
We will hold our usual raffle for Rex Welfare, so any items for the raffle will be most welcome. Thank you. Looking forward to meeting up with you all.

BIRMAN CAT CLUB
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 22nd April 2012, at St Augustines Church Hall, 1 Herbert Road, Solihull, B91 3QE, commencing at 2.30pm. The draw for the 2012 Calendar will take place, together with the presentation of Cups & Trophies.
There will be a change this year as members will have access to the main meeting hall from 1pm to enable them to have a drink, purchase Club merchandise and raffle tickets, or just a sit down and chat.
Any member wishing to have an item placed on the agenda must inform me not later than Sunday 25th March 2012. However, in view of the very tight timescales we have for getting everything done, would members please make every effort to communicate any such items to me as early as they can. It is desirable for the proposer of any such agenda item to be present at the AGM to speak to the proposal.
We have five committee members who will have reached the end of their terms of office by the AGM and who have indicated their willingness to stand for re-election, namely Patsy Knight, Neil Porter, Anne Madden, Val Kilby and Michelle Harte.
Morwenna Semos is resigning mid-term.
The officers who have reached the end of their term are:-
Nominations for any of the vacancies must include a proposer, a seconder and the written consent of the nominee, who must be a fully paid up Club member, and sent to me at 36, Cornwall Drive, Baswich, Stafford ST17 0FG to reach me not later than Sunday 25th March 2012. Nominees should also provide me with a brief personal profile by this date.
Members are reminded that subscriptions became due on the 1st January 2012 - Joint £12.50, Single £10.00, Junior £5.00. Payment (Cheque/Postal Order payable to The Birman Cat Club) should be sent to the Membership Secretary, Mr. Neil Porter at 7 Moxon Close, Deepcar, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S36 2RQ. Please remember that if subscriptions remain unpaid as at 31st March 2012, your membership will lapse on that date.
The Committee looks forward to welcoming members to the AGM, afternoon tea and refreshments will be available. We will be holding a raffle, and donations of prizes are always very welcome. The proceeds will go to the Birman Cat Club Welfare and Rescue. Club merchandise will have new items, some of which will be having their first viewing!
