I had such an enjoyable day at this very friendly Breed Show my thanks to the Show Managers, Committee and Members for the invitation and hospitality during the day, topped by a very acceptable gift. I was delighted to find Dorothy Stone had travelled to steward for me, many thanks Dorothy for looking after the cats and me, if you ever have any free time from judging would enjoy spending another day with you.

OLYMPIAN NEUTER FEMALE.

OLYMPIAN CERT. WHITING'S IMP.GR.PR. THICKTHORN LOTTIE. 73b. 251109. A lovely young girl. Overall nicely balanced head showing modified wedge, slight curve from muzzle to cheek with visible gentle rise from the bridge of the nose to the brow, nose showing slight dip in profile, broad muzzle a definite suggestion of squareness, strong chin, firm jaw good bite, moderate whisker pinch. Well set ears of good size and shape, expressive eyes. Excellent conformation and condition, legs of substance, balanced tail. Coat short and satiny, close lying and silk, very good presentation, chocolate spotting on a pale copper agouti ground, well defined facial markings, rows of spotting along spine line, well scattered spotting forming a "bulls-eye" pattern, ringed tail with chocolate tip. Very happy to be judged.

1ST.BOB. PARRY'S PARDALIS ISLA NEGRA. 73 41s. 120111. An adolescent kitten with sweet personality, at the "kitten-cat" stage and just needing time to grow into herself. Overall nicely shaped head, a reasonable wedge, nose showing slight dip, muzzle having definite suggestion of squareness, firm chin. Ears good size and shape a tendency to hold them on top of head, eyes large and almond shaped, good colour and expression. Good conformation and condition, balanced tail. Coat a good texture and presentation, black classic markings on silvery ground, good facial markings, ringed tail and dark tip, some tarnishing on nose and very slightly on paws.

A very "pretty" boy, still young and the sweetest of personalities. Attractive head, very expressive eyes and alert. Excellent condition, coat silky, close lying and well presented, pale brown markings on a creamy ground colour. Delighted to award him the Master Certificate.

Head showing modified wedge, slight curve from muzzle to cheek, visible gentle rise from the bridge of the nose to brow, nose showing very slight dip in profile, muzzle a little weak, firm chin good bite. Moderately large ears, wide at base and good set, large eyes fairly good colour. Solid body in lovely condition, legs of good substance, balanced tail. Very good coat texture, close lying and sleek well presented, well defined classic tabby markings, chocolate with creamy silver ground colour, clearly defined facial markings, and ringed tail with dark tip. A very happy boy lovely temperament.

1ST. SHORTEN'S THICKTHORN CALYPSO. 73 41b. 030107. A mature girl in lovely condition with a very well balanced head. Modified wedge, showing slight curve from to cheek, and visible gentle rise from bridge of nose to the brow, nose showing slight dip in profile, muzzle broad and well defined with a definite suggestion of squareness, strong chin and level bite. Large well placed ears wide at base, eyes sweet expression and good green colour, very well shaped. Overall good conformation and condition, good legs and oval paws with balanced tail. Short coat, satiny in texture with a glossy sheen very well presented, clearly defined chocolate classic pattern on a pale copper agouti ground, clearly defined facial markings, and ringed tail tip dark chocolate. Lovely temperament.

2ND. BRYCE'S AMEEKA OSPREY. 73 41. F. 290609. Overall balanced head, modified wedge, good width to top of head with ears well set large and wide at base, gently rounded tips , slight dip to the nose, muzzle showing a definite suggestion of squareness, firm chin and level bite, showing whisker pinch, eyes very good shape and expression with good green colour. Overall nicely balanced body, with a solid feel, good bone and balanced tail. Short coat satiny in texture with a lovely sheen, clear classic black markings on a tawny agouti ground, clearly defined facial markings, ringed tail with a black tip. Very sweet natured girl.

AC OCICAT OR OCICAT CLASSIC KITTEN UP TO 6 MONTHS.

1ST. CROFT'S PARDALIS ARIZONA GRACE. 73c.F 020611. What a delightful kitten, lovely personality and enjoyed her outing. Overall very well balanced head, modified wedge good width between large well placed ears with rounded tips, such alert expressive eyes with good colour for one so young, broad muzzle with well defined squareness, strong chin with good bite, nose showing slight dip in profile. Well developed body, good strength, strong bone and balanced tail. Coat short lovely texture and well presented, clearly defined lilac spotting with the "bulls-eye" pattern, well defined facial markings, spotted spine line and tummy, ringed tail and dark tip, all on a pale oatmeal agouti ground. Congratulations to the breeders.

2ND. CAUNTER'S THICKTHORN FRIKKADEL. 73k.M.230611. Head showing modified wedge, top of head showing good width between ears, the ears appearing a little too large at the moment although of good shape and set, I am sure he will grow into them with maturity, large almond shaped eyes with sweet expression, colour setting, nose showing slight dip in profile, muzzle still to fully develop, firm chin with level bite. Overall good body shape and condition, legs in proportion to body and strong, balanced tail. Coat well presented and good texture, scattered spotting on the body in a "bull's-eye" pattern, of bright cinnamon colour, clear facial markings, spotting on spine line and ringed tail with dark tip, a lighter cinnamon ground colour. A very sweet boy but just a little overwhelmed with his surroundings - it can be a scary day for one so young.

Modified wedge showing a slight curve from muzzle to cheek, visible gentle rise from bridge of nose to the brow, ears large and well set, eyes expressive and good colour, nose showing a slight dip in profile, muzzle needs to fully develop, firm chin good bite. Overall very well grown for age, good condition, substantial bone and balanced tail. Very good texture and presentation, clearly defined black facial markings, body showing black spotting just a little sparse and some linkage , silvery white ground, slight tarnishing on head .

1ST. WHITING'S THICKTHORN LEONARD. 73 41. MN. 251109. What a "Regal" boy - he sat in his pen as though he owned the show! Overall vey well balanced head, modified wedge, good width between ears well placed and fairly large, eyes expressive with good colour, nose showing slight dip in profile, broad muzzle well defined with a definite suggestion of squareness, strong chin, firm jaw broad level bite. Solid body with substantial bone and muscle development, legs of substance, paws oval, balanced tail. Coat short and satiny with a lustrous sheen very well presented, close lying and sleek, clear very dark brown classic pattern, clear facial markings, ringed tail and dark tip on a tawny agouti ground.

2ND. PARRY'S PARDALIS BELLE TALINI. 73 41b.FN. 070110. A very attractive girl with balanced head. Modified wedge with good width between alert fairly large ears, wide at base and good set, large almond shaped eyes with stunning green colour, nose showing slight dip in profile, broad muzzle well defined with a suggestion of squarness, strong chin, firm jaw and level bite. Very good conformation and condition, substantial legs and balanced tail. Coat short and satiny with a lustrous sheen very well presented, rich chocolate classic pattern, clearly defined facial markings, ringed tail and dark tip on a pale copper agouti ground. Lovely sweet temperament.
