Miss C White

My thanks to Karen Kempsell who gave me her company on the day, as my steward. We have not met up for a while so it was a real pleasure to work together again. Thanks for your hard work and enthusiasm, Karen. I hope we can meet up again soon.

BRITISH BLACK ADULT
MALE
1ST, BOB – NEWMAN’S MOORMOST BLACK MAGIC
01/06/10 Just ten months and he is moving into the rangy stage now. He has a medium sized frame, with good weight and reasonable bone developed. His tail could be thicker and has a tapered tip but it is of good length. His head is well rounded but just topped by large open ears – which have good width between. Round gold eyes – they appeared a better colour when he came out of the pen. Broad nose, level bite, chin needs to firm up. His coat is dense and crisp, of sound jet black apart from on his tail which looks slightly rusty toned. The condition is good.  He looks his age and has plenty of time to develop but he has a lovely temperament.
2ND YOUNG’S GR CH HARLEME BERTRAND
29/10/07 A lovely mature male with a broad deep body, good strong legs and firm rounded paws. Tail could be longer to balance him out. He has a broad British head with full cheeks and well set ears. Large round orange eyes have good expression. Short broad nose, level bite and firm chin. His coat is very dense and of sound black apart from on his muzzle which is showing a slight rusty tinge. He just lost out today on the heavy scurf in his coat – a nightmare to deal with at this time of year, especially as his coat is so dense anyway. Lovely boy.
FEMALE
1ST – HEMMING’S GR CH POSITIVELY JEMIMA BEDMOLE
I apologise to the owner of this cat – when I turned to my judge’s page for her critique, it’s blank! I think I got distracted between putting her back in the pen and writing my notes, and then thought I had done it. Never done that before…..must be getting old. My apologies, Jenny!
AC COLOURPOINTED DOMINANT COLOURS NEUTER
1ST, BOB – KEELING’S UK IGR PR MOORMIST PERSEUS – Red Pointed
21/03/04 A super mature male with a long deep body which stands on short sturdy legs with rounded paws. Thick tail of good length with a rounded tip. He is muscular and weighty. Broad round head with well spaced slightly open ears. Blue eyes are fairly rounded, but slightly deep set. Lovely full cheeks. Broad nose. Level bite – he has a slightly square muzzle and puffed up whisker pads but they don’t detract; firm chin. His coat is very dense and fairly crisp – it just looked a little ‘fluffy’ and slightly open. Lovely clear body colour of creamy white. Even points of red – slightly paler on legs and paws, tail shows a few ghost rings. Lovely temperament for a big gentle lad.
AC COLOURPOINTED DILUTE COLOURS NEUTER
MALE
1ST – RAWDING’S MAJORTOM COTTON SOCKS – Lilac Pointed
28/06/10 Just an adult and he is long and rangy – but amazingly heavy when lifted out of his pen! He has lovely bone to legs and paws, and good depth to his body – I think he will be a long slow developer. Medium length tail with rounded tip. As yet he has a very young head – it lacks type and breadth and he has yet to fill out in his cheeks. His ears appear tall and open as yet. He also has a very square slightly padded look to his muzzle. Round eyes are pale at the outer edge but have a definite blue tone at the centres. Long broad nose, level bite, chin firming. Dense crisp coat is short and he has a clear magnolia colour to his body. His points colour is a warm pinkish grey and is evenly matched apart from appearing paler on his legs and paws. Lovely condition and temperament.
FEMALE
1ST, BOB – CROOK’S IGR PR MIBAYBESE ZARA – Lilac Pointed
30/03/06 A female in her prime – solid, cobby and weighty with short stocky legs and firm rounded paws. Super round British head with full cheeks and well spaced neat ears. Round pale blue eyes – just with a hint of nystagmous which was intermittent. Short broad nose, level bite and firm chin. Her coat is dense and crisp, quite short. The lilac points colour is slightly cooler toned evenly matched on mask and ears and tail, slightly paler on legs and paws. She has some slight tonal shading in the magnolia body colour. Well shown and a lovely example.
NON-SELF BREEDER’S ADULT
1ST – ROBERTS’ GIGARO OOH LA LA – Chocolate Tortie Colourpointed female
02/05/10 Lovely balanced female with good conformation to body and limbs. She has a medium length tail with rounded tip. Neat rounded head with full cheeks and well set, but slightly flared, ears. Round eyes are of a fair shade of blue. Good profile and level bite. She has a dense crisp coat with lovely clear ivory body colour. Lovely mingled chocolate points showing shades of red – she just has some brindling on her tail.
2ND – NEWMAN’S MOORMIST DESIGNER LABEL – Blue-Cream female
01/06/10 Of similar age to the first girl but going through a very different development process – she has a well grown body but as yet her head has to catch up. It appears small – but rounded – and her ears are large for balance. Round eyes are of a deep gold. Good profile and level bite. Her coat is dense and crisp, with good mingling of warm cream and deep blue. She has both colours on all paws, and the colours are sound to the roots.
3RD – FAWCETTS MAJOPRTOM THOMAS SIR – Lilac Colourpointed male
BRITISH ADULT LIVING IN DORSET
1ST - ACTON’SIDLEBECK ELIZA DOLITTLE – Blue female
BRITISH ADULT LIVING IN ANY OTHER COUNTY
1ST - YOUNG’S GR CH HARLEME BERTRAND -Black male
2ND - BURFORD’S KAROWBIST YUM YUM – Blue female
BRITISH SELF BREEDER’S KITTEN
1ST – ACTON’S IDLEBACK JUSTIN THYME – Chocolate male
01/08/10 A promising youngster who will probably need time once he passes nine months. He has a good balance to body, well boned legs and a balanced tail. He is of good weight. Lovely round head shows good British type and he has well spaced ears and nice cheeks developing. Round gold eyes have a hint  of a green rim as yet. Good profile, level bite and firm chin. Dense crisp coat is of good quality – the rich warm chocolate fades a little at roots but it is not seriously unsound, more a paler shade. Lovely condition and temperament.
ANY BRITISH IMPERIAL NEUTER
1ST – HILL’S IGR PR CATELORO MUMBO JUMBO – Blue male
18/01/08 A lovely boy with a super large weighty body, excellent bone to short strong legs and firm rounded paws. Medium length tail with rounded tip. Really good conformation and British look. He has a lovely round head with neat ears, well spaced and super full cheeks. Round eyes of good expression. Short broad nose, level bite and firm chin. Lovely short dense coat of a pretty shade of medium blue, even and sound with no silver tipping. He is quite shy and spent his time in his litter tray – which he filled! – and keeping his head down low below the rim. It was obviously a case of: if he could not see anyone then they could not see him! He probably wanted to be left alone but behaved impeccably and was well deserving of all the awards he won on the day.
2ND - KEELING’S UK IGR PR MOORMIST PERSEUS – Red Colourpointed male
ANY BRITISH PREMIER NEUTER
1ST – TRICKER’S PR MIBAYBESE ENTREPRENEUR – Cream male
04/09/08 Well grown male but still a little on the rangy side with a long deep body, fairly broad, on solidly boned legs and rounded paws. Tail balances to body. He has a lovely British head with full cheeks and well set ears. Lovely colour to round expressive eyes of good size. Good profile and level bite. His coat is rather hot cream in shade but it is fairly sound and does not have many ghost markings – apart from some tail rings.
BRITISH SELF BREEDER’S NEUTER
1ST – ACTON’S GR PR IDLEBECK EENIMEENI MYNIMO – Lilac male
18/02/08 Looking quite long and rangy at the moment – he could do with more depth to his body – but his weight is proportionate. Balanced tail. Broad round head with full cheeks and well set ears. Large round deep gold eyes. Good profile to broad nose, level bite and firm chin. His coat is a fraction long and open but dense and crisp in texture. The even lilac just fades a little at the roots. Lovely sweet temperament.
BRITISH NON-SELF BREEDER’S NEUTER
1ST - CROOK’S IGR PR MIBAYBESE ZARA – Lilac Colourpointed female
