a) BAC Constitution 8 j
DELETE: 8 j) Where a BAC or Joint BAC has two, three or four participating constituent Clubs, no Club may be represented solely by Judges (including Probationer Judges) on any list. - CARRIED
b) BAC Constitution 8 l
AMEND: "No representative shall attend a BAC meeting at which his/her own application or that of a member of his/her household is to be considered. No Probationer Judge, {delete: or} Steward within the ...BAC Scheme, or Trainee Steward completing their training with the ... BAC shall be present at a BAC meeting during the discussion of Stewards or Probationer Judges within this Scheme or of Full Judges of the Breed List.
Trainee Stewards {DELETE: Candidates} may, if they so wish, apply to a different BAC to complete their final stewarding requirements. If it is their intention to progress to the Judge Appointment Scheme they may {delete: prior to submitting} then submit their application to the BAC of their own breed and should not be penalised or asked to do additional assessments as a result. Copies of documents should be passed to the nominated BAC for information. " - CARRIED
c) Judge Appointment Scheme Rules of Procedure 17 i
AMEND: "After a minimum of a further year, during which time a minimum of five certificates (Form 5) from five different Judges shall have been submitted to the BAC, the Trainee Steward may apply to the BAC for consideration as a GCCF Steward. (Form 6)
Trainee Stewards may, if they so wish, apply to a different BAC to complete their final stewarding requirements. Exotic BAC requests that the name of Mrs B Plews be removed from their list as they have received no response from Mrs Plews to their requests for confirmation that she wishes to remain a judge on their list and for confirmation of her last engagement judging their breed
Burmese BAC will not be requesting further time for Mrs J Norfolk who was appointed as a Probationer Judge of Burmese on 23.2.00. She will cease to be a Probationer Judge of this breed when any confirmed engagements have been fulfilled.
Mrs J Clare has resigned as a Probationer Judge of cats on the Persian Smoke/Tipped BAC lists
Mrs B Wolstenholme has resigned as a Full Judge of Asian, Egyptian Mau, Maine Coon and Singapura cats. She remains a judge of British Shorthair, Manx and Selkirk Rex.
