a) Rules of Procedure 8 l - the following was added:
Candidates may, if they so wish, apply to a different BAC to complete
their final stewarding requirements prior to submitting their application
to the BAC of their own breed and should not be penalised or asked
to do additional assessments as a result. Copies of documents should
be passed to the nominated BAC for information. - CARRIED

a) Supreme Show Committee - report
b) Class splits
i) To report that the number required for class splits has been amended
to a minimum of 4 entries of each colour/pattern based on the previous
year's figures; a split by age would also require 4 entries; a split
in a Grand class would require a minimum of 6 entries of each colour/pattern,
based on the previous year's figures.
ii) Discussion on class splits at breed shows.
