CHOCOLATE POINTED SIAMESE CAT CLUB

 

The AGM of the Chocolate Pointed Siamese Cat Club will be held on Sunday 16th June 2013, 2.00pm at WAMSAD Sports Able Club House, Braywick Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1BN. All items for inclusion must be given in writing to the Hon Secretary before 5th May 2013. Members please note that subs for 2013 are now due.

MAIDSTONE & MEDWAY CAT CLUB

 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2013

 

The Maidstone & Medway Cat Club will hold its Annual General Meeting at the 20TH Gillingham Scout Headquarters, 1 Dukes Meadow Drive, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 3DW on Sunday 16th June 2013 at 2.00pm.

 

Chris Hazel, Sarah Hope and Kit Game are retiring according to the rotation of committee but are willing to re-stand. Anne and Brian Gregory are retiring according to the rotation of officers but are willing to re-stand. If there are any nominations for Officers or Committee or for our GCCF Delegate, please forward the nominations, signed by the nominee, a proposer and seconder to the Secretary by Friday 24th May. Nomination letters duly signed by the nominee, proposer and seconder may also be scanned and forwarded via email to the Secretary at the address below.

 

In a similar manner, all items for the Agenda should be forwarded to the Secretary by 24th May 2013. At the AGM we plan to completely update our rules to bring them into the twenty first century. If you would like an electronic copy of the proposed amendments, please email the Secretary at the address below. If you would be happy in future years to receive electronic copies of club information, please also email the Secretary at the address below so a data base may be built.

 

If you would like to participate in the MMCC Show Calendar for 2014, please inform the Secretary by the AGM as all spaces are usually booked by the end of the meeting. We have pages booked already! The charge will remain at £30 for a page which includes 2 free calendars.

 

After the meeting there will be afternoon tea and the trophies and cups will be awarded. If you need to return trophies won last year, please contact the Cup Secretary, Georgina Anderson-Keeble at keeble76@btinternet.com as soon as possible.

RED POINT AND TORTIE POINT SIAMESE CAT CLUB AGM

 
Please note that our AGM is on Saturday 22nd June 2013 (at the Rectory Cottages. Bletchley) as per most of the AGM paperwork that has just gone out - unfortunately the tear-off return slip on the covering letter says the 23rd June(as it was last year) which went unnoticed until after the  papers went out.

Any items/proposals for inclusion on the AGM Agenda, need to be proposed and seconded by fully paid up Club members, as per our club rules any such agenda items have to reach me no later than 4 weeks before the AGM so any such items need to be with me before 23rd May 2013, however I ask that members make every effort to communicate any such items to me as early as they can. It is desirable for the proposer and/or seconder of such agenda items to be present at the AGM to present any proposal to the membership.


We have a number of committee vacancies and also committee members who have reached the end of their terms of office by the AGM and who have indicated their willingness to stand for re-election. Nominations for any of the vacancies are invited from fully paid-up Club members. The nominations must be signed by the nominee, proposer and seconder (email confirmations will be acceptable) who must also be fully paid up Club members. Nominees should also provide a brief profile of themselves.


The Committee look forward to welcoming members to the AGM, afternoon tea and refreshments will be available.

EGYPTIAN MAU CLUB

 

The Egyptian Mau Club will hold its Annual General Meeting in the Village Hall, Sewstern, Lincolnshire on Sunday 7 July 2013 at 1400 hrs.  Members may wish to lunch at The Blue Dog, Sewstern (opposite the Village Hall), where they can meet the Committee informally beforehand.  After the meeting our cups and trophies will be awarded to the lucky winners, and refreshments will be served.

 

Anna Munro. Jean Lamb, Jo Higgins and Lauren Kennedy are retiring according to the rotation of committee; all but Anna are willing to re-stand.  There will therefore be one vacancy on the committee.  Nominations for the Committee or for the GCCF Delegate should be forwarded, signed by the nominee, a proposer and seconder to the Secretary by 7 June 2013.  Similarly, items for the Agenda should be forwarded to the Secretary by 7 June 2013.
