ASIAN CAT ASSOCIATION


The Annual General Meeting of The Asian cat Association will be held on Sunday, 1st March 2015 the Wheatsheaf Inn Thornbury at 1.30


Members are invited to lunch before the meeting at 12.30, and we will have tea and cakes afterwards.

AGM papers will be sent to all members either electronically or by mail.

Election of the Treasurer and three Committee Members
In accordance with the Rules, nominations are invited for the above vacancies. These should be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members and must be received in writing by the Honorary Secretary on or before 23rd February. 


Members are reminded that only fully paid up Members shall be eligible to participate in or vote at any General Meeting. Subscriptions became due on the 1st January

THE OCICAT CLUB

 

The Annual General Meeting of The Ocicat Club will be held on Sunday, 8th March 2015 at Rectory Cottages, Church Green Road, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 6BJ at 1.30 p.m.


Members are invited to lunch before the meeting, and we will have a tea and cake sendoff afterwards.

AGM papers will be sent to all members.

Election of the Honorary Secretary and three Committee Members


In accordance with Rule 3, nominations are invited for the above vacancies. These should be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members in good standing, and must be received in writing by the Honorary Secretary at least 28 days before the Annual General Meeting. 

 

Members are reminded of Club Rule 7(iv) i.e. that only fully paid up Members in good standing shall be eligible to participate in or vote at any General Meeting. Subscriptions became due on the 1st January 2015.

BLUE PERSIAN CAT SOCIETY

 

The 2015 AGM will take place at 2 pm on Saturday 14th March 2015 at Lincombe Barn, Overndale Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 2RW.


In accordance with the Society’s Rules Amanda Elliott and Lee Jones are due to stand down from the committee in rotation. Nominations for the committee, with the agreement of the nominee, should be sent to me either by email at honsecretarybpcs@outlook.com or by post to 43 Crayford Way, Dartford, DA1 4JY to arrive by 31st January 2015.

 

Items for the agenda should reach me no later than Monday 23rd February 2015 by either post or email. Agenda papers will be sent out by email wherever possible but anyone wishing to receive a paper copy should let me know by this date.

SOUTHERN & SOUTH WESTERN BIRMAN CAT CLUB

AGM NOTICE

 

The 2015 Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 22nd March 2015 at Hook Village Hall, Hook, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire.  A buffet lunch, which is free to Club members, will be available from 1.00-2.00pm and the meeting will open at 2.00pm. Nominations for committee positions are invited from any fully paid up Club members and should be received by me no later than Friday 6th of February 2015.  Proposals should be signed by the nominee, a proposer and a seconder, all of who should be fully paid up Club members, and should be accompanied by a brief statement about the nominee.  If any Club member wishes to place an item on the AGM agenda, this should also be submitted to me in writing to arrive no later than Friday 6th February 2015.  All items for the AGM agenda should be proposed and seconded by fully paid up Club members and the proposer must be present at the meeting in order for a vote to be taken.

SOUTHERN BRITISH SHORTHAIR CAT CLUB

Any items/proposals for inclusion on the AGM Agenda, need to be proposed and seconded by fully paid up Club members, as per our club rules any such agenda items have to reach me no later than 4 weeks before the AGM so any such items need to be with me before 18th March 2015, however, I ask that members make every effort to communicate any such items to me as early as they can. It is desirable for the proposer and/or seconder of such agenda items to be present at the AGM to present any proposal to the membership.


We have a number of committee vacancies and also committee members who have reached the end of their terms of office by the AGM and who have indicated their willingness to stand for re-election. Nominations for any of the vacancies are invited from fully paid-up Club members. The nominations must be signed by the nominee, proposer and seconder (email confirmations will be acceptable) who must also be fully paid up Club members. Nominees should also provide a brief profile of themselves.


The Committee look forward to welcoming members to the AGM, afternoon tea and refreshments will be available.

Coming from the M25 Junction 11 (Chertsey/Woking)

 

Leave the M25 at junction 11 and follow the signs for Addlestone A318…follow the dual carriage way until you come to a large roundabout, take the last exit on the roundabout before you  return to the dual carriage way ….sign posted to Addlestone /


Byfleet (A318)…continue on this road going straight across two mini roundabouts…..then straight through two sets of traffic lights …past black horse pub…about 1 mile further on you will come to a car showroom on your left and a pub called the White


Hart, go straight across mini roundabout heading towards Woodham / Woking . There will be a road on your left called common lane, and row of cottages and then some shops which lay back a little from the road, at the end of these shops on the left is the car park for New Haw Community Centre.
