THE OCICAT CLUB

 

The Annual General Meeting of The Ocicat Club will be held on Sunday, 8th March 2015 at Rectory Cottages, Church Green Road, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 6BJ at 1.30 p.m.


Members are invited to lunch before the meeting, and we will have a tea and cake sendoff afterwards.

AGM papers will be sent to all members.

Election of the Honorary Secretary and three Committee Members


In accordance with Rule 3, nominations are invited for the above vacancies. These should be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members in good standing, and must be received in writing by the Honorary Secretary at least 28 days before the Annual General Meeting. 

 

Members are reminded of Club Rule 7(iv) i.e. that only fully paid up Members in good standing shall be eligible to participate in or vote at any General Meeting. Subscriptions became due on the 1st January 2015.

BLUE PERSIAN CAT SOCIETY

 

The 2015 AGM will take place at 2 pm on Saturday 14th March 2015 at Lincombe Barn, Overndale Road, Downend, Bristol BS16 2RW.


In accordance with the Society’s Rules Amanda Elliott and Lee Jones are due to stand down from the committee in rotation. Nominations for the committee, with the agreement of the nominee, should be sent to me either by email at honsecretarybpcs@outlook.com or by post to 43 Crayford Way, Dartford, DA1 4JY to arrive by 31st January 2015.

 

Items for the agenda should reach me no later than Monday 23rd February 2015 by either post or email. Agenda papers will be sent out by email wherever possible but anyone wishing to receive a paper copy should let me know by this date.

SOUTHERN & SOUTH WESTERN BIRMAN CAT CLUB

AGM NOTICE

 

The 2015 Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 22nd March 2015 at Hook Village Hall, Hook, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire.  A buffet lunch, which is free to Club members, will be available from 1.00-2.00pm and the meeting will open at 2.00pm. Nominations for committee positions are invited from any fully paid up Club members and should be received by me no later than Friday 6th of February 2015.  Proposals should be signed by the nominee, a proposer and a seconder, all of who should be fully paid up Club members, and should be accompanied by a brief statement about the nominee.  If any Club member wishes to place an item on the AGM agenda, this should also be submitted to me in writing to arrive no later than Friday 6th February 2015.  All items for the AGM agenda should be proposed and seconded by fully paid up Club members and the proposer must be present at the meeting in order for a vote to be taken.

WESSEX CAT CLUB

 

The Officers and Committee of the Wessex Cat Club would like to invite all members to attend the Annual General Meeting on Sunday 22nd March 2015, at Greyfriars Community Centre, 44 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1DW, starting at 2.30pm. 

 

We will be having light refreshments after the meeting and there will also be a raffle, so we would be very grateful if for any suitable items to be brought along on the day as prizes.

 

AGM papers are not being sent out automatically to all members this year, as agreed at last year’s AGM meeting. If members would like to receive the AGM papers by post or by email, regardless of whether you will be attending the meeting, please let me know and I will be happy to send them. The Agenda will be made available on the Club’s website soon at www.wessexcatclub.co.uk.

 

Please could you let me know by 15th March if you are planning to attend the meeting, or wish to send apologies for absence – email and postal address below.
 
Members should be fully paid up to attend the AGM. Please note that our show date has changed in 2015. We are no longer at Eastleigh on the first Saturday in March, but are now going back-to-back with the Wiltshire Cat Club show on Saturday 4th July at The Link Centre, Swindon.

DURHAM COUNTY CAT CLUB

Our AGM will be held on Thursday 25th March at Kimblesworth & Plawsworth Community Centre, Front Street, Nettlesworth, County Durham at 2:00pm. NORTHERN COUNTIES CAT CLUB

 

The Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 26th March 2015 at Birtley Community Centre, Ravensworth Road, Birtley, Co. It is desirable for the proposer and/or seconder of such agenda items to be present at the AGM to present any proposal to the membership.


We have a number of committee vacancies and also committee members who have reached the end of their terms of office by the AGM and who have indicated their willingness to stand for re-election. Leave the M25 at junction 11 and follow the signs for Addlestone A318…follow the dual carriage way until you come to a large roundabout, take the last exit on the roundabout before you  return to the dual carriage way ….sign posted to Addlestone /


Byfleet (A318)…continue on this road going straight across two mini roundabouts…..then straight through two sets of traffic lights …past black horse pub…about 1 mile further on you will come to a car showroom on your left and a pub called the White


Hart, go straight across mini roundabout heading towards Woodham / Woking . There will be a road on your left called common lane, and row of cottages and then some shops which lay back a little from the road, at the end of these shops on the left is the car park for New Haw Community Centre.
