The club returns for 2021 are now due and should be sent to the GCCF office by 1st May 2022
The relevant forms can be viewed on the forms and download page, and they have been sent to all club secretaries.
Could we please remind all clubs that if you are unable to submit examined accounts by the 1st May 2022 deadline and have not been granted a dispensation, then your delegate will not be eligible to attend Council Meetings, or take part in the electoral process, nor will the club be eligible for a 2024 show licence if applied for and any licenses granted for 2023 may be suspended.
With regard to show accounts, if your club normally holds a show and was granted a show licence even if you were not able to hold your show in 2021, due to Covid-19, the show account balance still needs to be shown and verified by a suitable independent person.
