Trade Stands starting from £125
New for 2027
Rather than requesting a stand size and waiting for the hall plan to be finalised, the exhibition layout has been designed in advance. This means you can now view the hall plan, choose the stand that best suits your business, and know exactly where you will be located once your booking is confirmed.
For the first time, we are also offering a limited number of trade stands within the ‘Cat Hall’. These prime positions are expected to be popular, so early booking is recommended.
The majority of stands are based on a standard 3m x 2m unit, with larger spaces predesigned to accommodate return traders.

Trade Stand FAQ’s
How do I book a stand?
Complete the booking form online or email us a copy and select your preferred stand(s) from the published hall plan. Stands are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there a deposit to pay?
Yes. You will be required to complete a 20% deposit in order to secure your stand.
Can I choose where my stand is?
Yes, this is NEW for 2027! The published hall plan allows you to select the stand that best suits your business. Once your booking is confirmed, that location will be reserved for you.
What if my preferred stand has already been booked?
We’ll contact you to discuss the next available options and help you find the most suitable alternative.
Can I book a larger stand?
Yes. Some stands are already larger than the standard unit, but larger stands are also available by combining adjoining units.
When will I know where my stand is?
Immediately after your booking has been confirmed. Unlike previous years, your stand location is confirmed at the time of booking.
Can I request electricity, tables or chairs?
Yes. Additional furniture can be booked on the form. Electricity must be booked with the venue directly. Please indicate if you require power supply to your stand and we will provide you with an up-to-date form and contact for the suppliers.
Are stands allocated on a first-come, first-served basis?
Yes. Stand reservations are confirmed once your booking and 20% deposit have been received.
Can I hold a raffle?
No. Raffles and tombolas are not permitted. Only the GCCF or Young Exhibitors’ Scheme are permitted.
Can I help the GCCF at all?
The GCCF hold a tombola and are always grateful for donations to give as prizes. If you’d like to donate a prize, please email info@gccfcats.org or visit the GCCF stand on the day.
